My journey with Le Tom Café began long before I opened our doors. As an avid traveler and coffee enthusiast, I found myself seeking out local micro-roasters in every city I visited, each cup telling a unique story of its origin and craftsmanship. These experiences taught me that coffee is far more than a morning ritual – it’s a passport to the world’s diverse cultures and traditions.

What started as a personal quest to discover coffee treasures across the globe has evolved into a mission to share these extraordinary experiences with fellow coffee lovers. We are deeply committed to supporting organic farming practices and fair trade principles:

  • Organic Practices: We prioritize sourcing green beans from farms that use organic farming methods. This means the coffee is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, which is better for the environment, the farmers, and ultimately, for your health.
  • Fair Trade Principles: We strive to ensure that the farmers who grow our coffee are paid fairly for their work. By sourcing beans that adhere to fair trade principles, we aim to support sustainable farming practices and improve the livelihoods of coffee-growing communities.
  • Specialty Grade: We select only specialty grade beans, which represent the top tier of coffee quality. These beans are carefully cultivated, harvested at peak ripeness, and processed with meticulous attention to detail.

The Art of Roasting

Our roasting approach is tailored to each specific bean, designed to highlight its inherent qualities and unlock its full potential. Whether we’re working with a well-known coffee or a rare find, our goal is always the same: to present you with a cup that’s true to its origins and exceptionally delicious.

To preserve the exceptional quality of our freshly roasted coffee, we package each batch in specially designed bags equipped with a one-way valve, ensuring maximum freshness and flavour conservation from our roastery to your cup.

We roast to order, meaning your coffee is always fresh, allowing you to experience the full spectrum of flavours that each bean has to offer.
