Coupons
General Coupon Rules
- Coupons must be applied before placing an order.
- Coupons cannot be applied once the order has been placed.
- Only one coupon can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Referral Program Rules
- Referral coupons cannot be used by the referrer.
- Any attempt by a referrer to use their own referral code will result in:
- The order being refunded
- The referral coupon being revoked
- Referral rewards can only be earned when the referred customer makes their first purchase.
- Le Tom Café reserves the right to revoke referral privileges from any account found to be in violation of these terms.
All coupons are subject to these terms and conditions. Le Tom Café reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Shipping
- Merchandise is manufactured and shipped by a third-party provider on behalf of Le Tom Café.
- Actual delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
- Merchandise and coffee products are always shipped separately.
- For shipping delays or unusual situations, please email support@letom.cafe with your account email and order confirmation number.
- Shipping is only available for shipping address located in Canada or within the United States of America.
Returns and Refunds
- No returns or refunds are accepted once the order has been shipped.
- To update or cancel your order before shipping, please send an email to support@letom.cafe. Your email must include:
- The order number
- The email address used for the order
- A copy of the received order confirmation email
- Requests for order modifications or cancellations without all of the above information will not be eligible for processing.
- For cancelled orders prior to shipping, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- In exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may offer store credit.
- Refunds to the original payment method, when applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Payments
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
- Le Tom Café accepts all major credit and debit cards for online purchases.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Order Processing
- You will receive an order confirmation email after submitting your order.
- Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days of payment approval.
- If an item is on backorder, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.
Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Product prices do not include shipping costs and taxes.
Taxes in Canada
- Coffee products are not subject to taxes.
- All merchandise is subject to applicable taxes.
- Shipping charges are subject to applicable taxes.

- Coffee products are not subject to taxes.
